Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Possession of professional qualification in insurance or any related field.
• Marketing and sales skills with a minimum experience of 2 years
• Experience in team management, Bancassurance, is an added advantage
• Effective and interpersonal skills
• Computer knowledge and report writing skills
• A good track record of management skills
• A good track record on productivity and meeting targets
