The Facility and Maintenance Coordinator will manage the day-to-day operations of custodial, grounds and building maintenance activities, participate in the development, recommendation, and administration of policies, procedures and processes in support of departmental & Faculties operations as well as respond to inquiries and requests for service from internal University departments. They will also supervise administrative services, paraprofessionals and technical/support staff
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Administration or a related building construction field from an accredited and recognized University.
- 5 —10 years’ demonstrated experience .
- Proven professional building, grounds, and/or maintenance experience, supervisory experience is required .
- Excellent communication skills, operation and facilities
- management skills, contingency stiffing skills, as well as excellent coordination skills
