The Simulation Education Advisor will be required to provide leadership within the Centre for Innovation in Medical Education -Kampala, addressing the needs of the local stakeholders by delivering innovation in medical education and high quality simulation-based learning.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences in the field of medicine or nursing from an accredited and recognized University.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
- Previous experience of simulation-based learning is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, Leadership and Research skills, analytical skills, as well as excellent coordination skills
