| FINANCE ACCOUNTS GRADUATE TRAINEE |
| The Finance Accounts Graduate Trainee at CSBAG will support the organization in managing day-to-day financial transactions. This role involves frequent interactions with staff across various departments and external stakeholders such as bank officials and suppliers. The trainee must be detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of financial management policies and regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial processes.

| IT GRADUATE TRAINEE |
| IT Graduate Trainee at CSBAG will support the organization in managing day-to-day IT operations. This role involves frequent interactions with staff across various departments and external stakeholders such as service providers and vendors. The trainee must be detail-oriented and possess a strong understanding of IT systems, policies, and regulations, ensuring efficiency, security, and accuracy in IT-related processes. Proficiency in basic programming, databases, operating systems, and cloud technologies. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities for IT issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++) and databases (SQL, NoSQL) and operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). Understanding of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting |
