We are hiring an Operations Supervisor who will manage overall operations and responsible for the effectiviness of Deployment needs and general supervision
Location: Kigezi Region based at Kanungu.
Reporting to – CEO
Qualifications: Minimum, Diploma in Business Administration Social sciences or any security related courses.
Previous security training is a must
Duties:
- Overseeing deployment activities in the region
- Updating firearms records, Bookings and carry out firearms returns monthly.
- Addressing Discplinary issues and deployment challenges
- Monitoring Beat deployment and management of fire arms.
- Coordinating field deployments and clients in the region.
- Carry out monthly fire arms cleaning and submission of fire arms returns.
- Carry any other duties assigned to him / her
