Salesperson Job Description – LUBA PROPERTIES LIMITED
Position: Salesperson
Location: Mpererwe, Uganda
Reports to: General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
○ Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, digital, networking, and
referrals.
○ Attend exhibitions and events to generate leads.
2. Sales Management:
○ Present and promote properties to prospective clients.
○ Conduct property site visits with interested buyers.
○ Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring timely payment and proper
documentation.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
○ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
○ Address client inquiries and provide professional guidance throughout the buying
process.
4. Market Research & Reporting:
○ Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
○ Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
5. Administrative Duties:
○ Ensure accurate client documentation and recordkeeping.
○ Coordinate with administrative teams for transaction finalization.
Qualifications:
● Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
