The Customer Care Officer will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.

ROLE PURPOSE
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- ICT Competency
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work in teams
- 1-2 years of experience.
