We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Response Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in the maintenance and conducting preventive after-sales maintenance training of the ACE One clean cooking stove to our customer. This will help improve our customer experiecne with our ACE one cookstove. The ideal candidate should be motivated, ambitious, hardworking and must possess excellent organizational skills and a passion for making a tangible impact in underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities:
● Support Sales teams in pushing ACE One and Briquettes through direct selling and referrals.
● Conduct preventive after-sales maintenance training on how to properly use the stove, briquettes.
● Support Customer Response teams in collecting pending payments through Training the customer on how to make repayments using MOMO pay or Airtel pay.
● Assist customers to install ACE Connect application if they have a smartphone in-order to ease fuel orders and to help sync their stove to aid technical support
● Any other tasks assigned deemed necessary by management.

Skills & Experience
● At least Advanced Certificate or Diploma preferably in a technical field
● Electrical wiring and repairs Background
● Recommendation and Residence letter from LC 1 Office
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and repairs.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
● Results-driven with the ability to focus on achieving set objectives and goals
● Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours
