The Franchise Brand Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing the brand identity and marketing strategy of franchise products across all locations. This role ensures that the brand’s values, image, and messaging are consistently maintained while maximizing brand visibility and customer engagement. The Franchise Brand Manager works closely with franchisees, marketing teams, and external stakeholders to ensure that the franchise brand is positioned for long-term growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy and Management:
• Develop and implement the overall brand strategy for franchise products, ensuring consistency across all franchise locations.
• Maintain the brand’s image, tone, and messaging in alignment with the company’s vision and market positioning.
2. Marketing and Promotions:
• Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, promotions, and PR, to enhance the franchise’s visibility and reputation.
• Work closely with the marketing team and franchisees to develop localized marketing initiatives tailored to specific markets.
3. Brand Guidelines Enforcement:
• Ensure that franchisees comply with the established brand guidelines, from visual branding elements to customer service standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure that all franchise locations maintain consistent brand representation.
4. Collaboration with Franchisees:
• Act as the main point of contact for franchisees on all matters related to brand development, marketing support, and customer engagement.
• Provide guidance and resources to franchisees to help them execute effective local marketing strategies.
5. Product and Brand Alignment:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or franchise operations.

• Experience in working with franchisees or multi-location businesses is preferred.
